Mark Stirton named Warehouse Group's new CEO

Mark Stirton has been appointed as the new group chief executive officer of The Warehouse Group, effective from August 1, 2025.

Stirton, who is currently the group chief financial officer, joined the company in April 2024.

The decision to promote him comes after a comprehensive search, according to TWG chair Dame Joan Withers.

Stirton's previous experience includes serving as the chief financial officer at Mr Price Group, a major retailer in South Africa.

He holds an MBA from the University of Barcelona, specialising in business transformation.

The company said it will now begin the search for a new group chief financial officer.

Stable property values helped the company report net profit after tax of $109.6m.
