Marlborough Wine Estates to delist from NZX

Marlborough Wine Estates Group is set to be delisted from the NZX Main Board.

The final day of trading in the company's ordinary shares will be on December 31, 2024.

Trading of MWE's shares will be halted and suspended at the close of business on that day.

Subject to meeting final standard delisting conditions, the shares will cease to be quoted and MWE will officially delist on January 6, 2025.
