Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand Limited (MCK) has reported a 2021 profit after tax and non-controlling interests of $40.0 million, bolstered by its property development activities and a one-off gain from the sale of land.
Despite the pandemic, MCK has declared a dividend of 3.5 cents per share for 2021 and is looking to complete ongoing refurbishment and renovation programmes in 2022 ahead of the return of international visitors.
