Health and wellness company, Me Today, has reported a decrease in revenue for the six months ended Dec 31 2023, but also revealed reduced operating losses.

The company's unaudited group results showed revenue of $2.3 million, down from $3.6m in the same period the previous year.

It also reported a loss after tax of $7.25m, compared to $5.81m.

However, the operating EBITDA loss improved to $2.22m, from $3.08m.

Me Today plans to sell its King Honey business and has proposed a capital raise of up to $2.78m, along with a debt restructure, to support the growth of its brand.

In addition, the company announced a licensing deal in China and the appointment of Stephen Sinclair as CEO.
