Glass manufacturer Metro Performance Glass has announced the appointment of Simon Bennett and Pramod Khatri as non-executive directors to its board.
The appointments took effect on 11 December 2023.
Bennett is an experienced CEO, entrepreneur, and company director, having previously served as the CEO of Accordant Group.
He also holds directorships at The Icehouse, Hobson Leavy, and is the chair of Accordant Group.
Khatri, on the other hand, was the managing director and majority shareholder of McKechnie Aluminium Solutions for over 20 years.
He currently serves as the chair of AW Fraser and is a trustee of a New Plymouth-based charitable trust.
Metro Glass chair Peter Griffiths welcomed the appointment of Bennett and Khatri, noting their mix of commercial, governance, and industry experience.
With these new additions, the Metro Performance Glass board now has six directors.
