Comvita says it has received no information regarding company co-founder Alan Bougen's intention to block a proposed takeover by Florenz, which billionaire Mark Stewart owns.Mānuka honey producer Comvita, established in 1974, has sent out the scheme of arrangement booklet detailing Florenz’s full takeover offer at 80c a share or $56.4 million.
