Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand has announced the completion of its purchase of The Mayfair Hotel in Christchurch.
The hotel, located at 155 Victoria St, features 67 guest rooms and suites, as well as a cocktail bar, conference and meeting facilities, and a café and kitchen.
The acquisition, which was settled for $31.9 million, will be followed by a transition to a Millennium & Copthorne brand over the coming months.
Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand is the only NZX-listed hotel owner-operator in the country, with 18 owned, leased, and franchised hotels.
