MOVE Logistics Group Limited (NZX: MOV) has signed an agreement to acquire the business and assets of Fluidex Transport, a leading bulk liquids and bulk dry powder transport provider operating throughout New Zealand.
The acquisition, for a purchase price of approximately $15.2 million, will bolster MOVE’s existing fuel and bulk liquids logistics business and provide significant cross-selling opportunities across the group.
Settlement is expected to take place on 31 October 2022.
