New Talisman signs processing agreement with Terra Firma

New Talisman Gold Mines has signed a heads of agreement with Terra Firma Mining for the processing of Talisman ore.

The agreement also includes the provision of leasehold premises suitable for the ore processing.

The heads of agreement will be formalised into a contract once several conditions are met, including a successful capital raise by New Talisman, the purchase of a suitable processing plant, the readiness of the processing site land for plant installation, and the granting of a long-term access arrangement by the Department of Conservation to the Talisman mine.

Terra Firma Mining is the current operator of the Talisman mine and a shareholder of New Talisman.

The company said this agreement is an important milestone in realising its strategic plan to bring the Talisman mine into production, as it provides a reliable and efficient processing option.
