E: [email protected] KMD Brands Limited (ASX/NZX: KMD) has announced that non-executive Director, John Harvey, has deferred his retirement date to allow for the recruitment of an additional non-executive Director.
Abby Foote takes up the role of Chair of the Audit and Risk subcommittee from 1 June 2022.
A further announcement will be made to confirm the effective date of John Harvey’s resignation in due course.
