Notice of deferment of retirement date – John Harvey

KMD Brands Limited (ASX/NZX: KMD, “KMD” or the “Company”) today announces that non-executive Director, John Harvey, has deferred his retirement date (previously announced as effective 31 May 2022) while the Company carries out a recruitment process to appoint an additional non-executive Director.

A further announcement will be made to confirm the effective date of John Harvey’s resignation in due course.

Abby Foote takes up the role of Chair of the Audit and Risk subcommittee from 1 June 2022.
