Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited has announced the acquisition of ordinary shares in the company under the on-market share buyback programme which was announced on 8 June 2022.
The notice of acquisition was given according to the rule 2.9.1 of the FSM and section 65(2) of the Companies Act 1993.
