Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited has announced that it has acquired ordinary shares in the company under its on-market share buyback programme, which was announced on 8 June 2022.
This acquisition is in accordance with FSM Rule 2.9.1 and section 65(2) of the Companies Act 1993.
