Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited has announced the acquisition of ordinary shares in the company under an on-market share buyback programme which was announced on 8 June 2022.
This acquisition follows the provisions of FSM Rule 2.9.1 and section 65(2) of the Companies Act 1993.
