Fonterra Co-operative Group Ltd has announced the acquisition of ordinary shares in the company through its on-market share buyback programme announced in June 2022.
The notice, given under FSM Rule 2.9.1 and section 65(2) of the Companies Act 1993, was confirmed by the company's Director of Capital Markets, Simon Till.
