Notice of on-market share buyback

Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited has announced the acquisition of ordinary shares in the company, as part of the on-market share buyback programme announced on 8 June 2022.

The acquisition is in accordance with the FSM Rule 2.9.1 and section 65(2) of the Companies Act 1993.
