Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited has announced the acquisition of ordinary shares in their company, as part of an on-market share buyback programme that was announced on 8 June 2022.
This acquisition is in accordance with the FSM Rule 2.9.1 and section 65(2) of the Companies Act 1993.
