Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited has announced the acquisition of ordinary shares in the company under the on-market share buyback programme that was announced on 8 June 2022.
This notice is in line with the Financial Markets Authority (FSM) Rule 2.9.1 and the Companies Act 1993.
