NZ RegCo has published a report following an investigation of NZ Automotive Investments Limited (NZA) for breaching the NZX Listing Rule 2.7.1 in relation to a decision not to put forward one of their recently appointed directors, Samantha Sharif, for re-election at their Annual Shareholders Meeting in September 2022.
