NZ Rural Land has announced its decision to undertake a capital review of its strategic options.
The company has initiated the process of seeking proposals to conduct the review, with the aim of completing it within the current financial year, which ends on December 31.
NZ Rural Land chairman, Rob Campbell, said that while the company has made significant progress in growing its asset and earnings quality and size since its listing nearly five years ago, this growth has not been reflected in the share price.
He emphasised the need to review the full range of strategic options related to the capital structure and to seek input from shareholders.
