Allied Farmers Limited has today completed the purchase of the remaining 50% of NZ Rural Land Management (NZRLM) that it did not already own, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
The purchase price of $8.3 million was satisfied by a cash payment of $6.55 million and the transfer of 1.8 million NZX shares to the vendors.
