Allied Farmers Limited (ALF.NZX) is set to complete the purchase of the remaining 50% stake in NZ Rural Land Management (NZRLM) it does not already own on 17 March 2023 for $8.3 million.
The consideration will be settled by a combination of cash and shares owned by Allied.
A Fairness Opinion from Simmons Corporate Finance was provided to Independent Directors Philip Luscombe and Shelley Ruha, who expressed excitement for the potential of the purchase.
