Booster Investment Management Limited is pleased to announce a distribution for the quarter ended 31 March 2023 for the Private Land and Property Fund.
Eligible holders of the Fund will receive 0.82 cents per unit, which is fully imputed and equivalent to a pre-tax payment of 1.00%.
The Distribution Reinvestment Plan is also available for this distribution.
Assessment of the impact of Cyclone Gabrielle on the Fund has determined that any potential impact will not be material.
