PLP Distribution Notice and Weather Impact Assessment

Distribution Announcement

Booster Investment Management Limited, in its capacity as manager of the Private Land and Property Fund, is pleased to announce a distribution for the quarter ended 31 March 2023.

You must be a registered security holder of the Fund on the Record Date of 23 March 2023 to be eligible for this distribution.

The distribution of 0.82 cents per unit is fully imputed, which is equivalent to a pre-tax payment of 1.00%. The distribution is based on the cash earnings of the Fund over the period 1 January 2023 to 31 March 2023.

The Fund is currently generating annual cash based pre-tax earnings of 3.59% from its lease income and grape supply contracts, plus also continues to benefit from valuation gains on its land under development, which is reflected in the net asset value of the units.

The Distribution Reinvestment Plan is available for this distribution. All elections to participate must be received by 5:00pm on the Record Date.

Weather Impact Assessment

We have been assessing the impact of Cyclone Gabrielle on the Private Land and Property Portfolio (the PLPP), the wholesale fund into which the PLP invests, as announced on 15 February 2023. Although we are still awaiting additional information, we have determined that any potential impact will not be material to the Fund.
