NZ Windfarms will be delisted from the NZX Main Board, following its scheme of arrangement with Meridian Energy.
The final day of trading in NZ Windfarms will be on July 18, 2025, with trading set to be halted and suspended at the close of business.
The record date for determining shareholder entitlements to participate in the scheme is July 23, 2025.
Subject to the fulfilment of final NZX conditions and the implementation of the scheme, NZ Windfarms ordinary shares will be delisted and cease to be quoted on the NZX Main Board on July 30, 2025.
