NZX announces capital raising rules changes

NZX has announced the outcomes of its review of the capital raising settings within the NZX Listing Rules.

The amendments to the rules will come into effect on January 15, 2024.

Along with the rule amendments, NZX will also be introducing a new guidance note for capital raisings, which will also take effect on the same date.

Details of the amendments and the reasons for them can be found in the consultation response paper published in June 2023.
