Oceania Healthcare has reported a significant improvement in its financial performance for the six months ended September 30, 2025.
The company achieved total comprehensive income of $40.4 million, up from $11.8m in the same period last year.
It also reported a net profit after tax of $4.9m, compared to a loss of $17.1m in 1HY25.
Proforma underlying ebitda increased by 19.7% to $41.8m, while proforma underlying npat was up 18.9% to $24.1m.
Oceania's free cash flow from operations improved by 30% and it identified $20.4m in annualised cost savings.
The company's gearing decreased to 34.8%, within the target range of 30-35%.
Oceania Healthcare did not declare an interim dividend, in line with its new dividend policy.
