Oceania, New Zealand's leading aged care provider, has posted strong financial results for the year ended 31 March 2022 with unaudited Underlying Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) of $76.2m, a 16.2% increase on the previous year.

Highlights include the purchase of Remuera Rise (Newmarket, Auckland) and Bream Bay Village (Northland) for approximately $57 million, 450 sales across independent living apartments, villas and care suites, 550 units and care suites under construction, operating cashflow of $105.5m, total assets of $2.2 billion and a net adjusted value (NAV) of $1.38 per share.

The Board declared a final dividend of 2.3 cents per share (unimputed) and a Dividend Reinvestment Plan will apply.
