Organisational announcement - Chief Operations Officer

Shareef Khan has resigned from his role of Chief Operations Officer at the a2 Milk Company and will finish up at the end of December.

The Company is introducing a new Chief Supply Chain Officer role, which will be a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and report directly to the CEO.

Bernard May, CEO of the Company's Mataura Valley Milk joint venture, will report to the new Chief Supply Chain Officer and step off the ELT.

The appointment for the new role is expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
