Pacific Edge chair Chris Gallaher will seek re-election to the board at the company's annual shareholders' meeting in August 2025.
Gallaher had initially signalled his intention to step down this year but has now decided to stand for re-election.
Independent directors Sarah Park and Tony Barclay, who are also due to retire by rotation, have indicated they will seek re-election as well.
The company said the decision for Gallaher to continue as chairman was driven by the need for continuity and stability in leadership, particularly as it navigates the loss of Medicare coverage for its Cxbladder products.
The closing date for director nominations is July 1, 2025.
