Tower has announced the appointment of Paul Johnston as interim chief executive officer, following the resignation of Blair Turnbull.
Johnston, who is currently the chief financial officer, will assume his new role on February 13, 2025.
The company said Johnston's international experience in insurance and financial services, as well as his background in strategy and operational leadership, make him well-suited to guide Tower during this transitional period.
Tower's deputy chief financial officer, Angus Shelton, is expected to take over as interim chief financial officer, pending regulatory requirements.
Shelton has been with Tower since 2017 and has prior finance experience in the insurance and banking sectors.
The board's search for a permanent chief executive officer is still ongoing.
