Paul Zingel resigns from General Capital board

Paul Zingel has resigned as a non-executive independent director of the General Capital board, effective Oct 31, 2024.

Zingel, who has served on the board for the past two and a half years, also recently held a position on the audit committee.

General Capital chair Rewi Bugo expressed gratitude for Zingel's contributions and wished him well in his new home of Brisbane, Australia.
