PaySauce director Mike O'Donnell has announced his resignation from the company's board, as he prepares to take on a new role as regional trade director for NZ Trade and Enterprise in Los Angeles.
O'Donnell, who has been with PaySauce for five years and is now in his second term, will serve a six-week notice period, with his last day being Aug 8, 2025.
PaySauce chair Shelley Ruha expressed gratitude for O'Donnell's contributions and said the company would review the board's composition before the annual shareholders' meeting in September.
