Sanford Limited (NZX: SAN) announced today that CEO Peter Reidie has resigned, effective immediately.
Craig Ellison, a current board member, has been appointed as the company's interim CEO.
A search process to identify a replacement for Mr Reidie, who has led Sanford since April 2021, will commence soon.
Peter Reidie will remain with Sanford on a contract basis to assist with the handover to Mr Ellison and to consult on some key projects.
Sir Rob McLeod, Chairman of Sanford, thanked Peter Reidie for his dedication and leadership and wished him well for the future.
Craig Ellison will continue to serve as a board member while acting as interim CEO.
