Philipp Trachtenberg joins T&G Global board

T&G Global has announced the appointment of Philipp Trachtenberg as a non-independent director.

Trachtenberg, who has extensive experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic business development, is currently the chief financial officer of BayWa Global Produce and the head of portfolio management and M&A for BayWa. He will retire at the annual shareholders meeting in May 2025 but will be eligible for re-election.

T&G Global, formerly known as Turners and Growers, is a company that grows, markets, sells, and distributes fresh produce in over 60 countries.
