Greenfern Industries Ltd has announced that Phillip Brown has resigned as an Independent Director of the Board, effective after the company's Annual Shareholders Meeting on September 29th. Brown has been an independent Director since 2021 and previously served as the Chair of the Board.
The company acknowledges Brown's reasons for resignation and respects his decision to focus on family and travel.
The Board does not currently have plans to replace Brown, as they maintain a lighter Board model in line with their market size.
