Westpac has announced the appointment of Pip Greenwood as an independent non-executive director, subject to regulatory approvals.
Greenwood, who is expected to join the board on or around Aug 1, 2025, has more than 25 years of experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, telecommunications, and governance.
She has been a non-executive director of Westpac New Zealand since 2019 and has served as chair since 2021.
Greenwood is also the current chair of Westpac NZ, The a2 Milk Company, and a non-executive director of Fisher & Paykel Healthcare.
