Booster Investment Management Limited has announced a distribution of 0.81 cents per unit for the Private Land and Property Fund for the quarter ended 30 June 2022, with a pre-tax payment of 0.93%.
The Distribution Reinvestment Plan is available, with all elections to participate required by 5:00pm on the Record Date of 23 June 2022.
The Fund currently generates annual cash-based pre-tax earnings of 3.41%, reflecting both lease income and grape supply contracts, as well as valuation gains on land under development.
