Booster Investment Management Limited has issued an additional 103,383 ordinary units in the Private Land and Property Fund (PLP) at $1.2041 per unit with effect from 7 March 2022.
The number of units allotted is confirmed two business days later on completion of the unit pricing process.
This issuance of units directly to investors who apply direct to the Fund relates to the continuous issuing of units by PLP.
