PLP - Property valuation review leads to uplift

The Booster Investment Management Limited has announced a 5.1% increase in the net asset value (NAV) of the Private Land and Property Portfolio (PLP) fund.

This uplift in value was caused by a property valuation review, increasing the NAV per unit from $1.3374 to $1.4063.

Booster Investment Management Limited is part of the Booster Group which has been helping New Zealanders save since 1998 and administers superannuation and investment funds of over $5 billion.
