PLP - Property Valuation Review leads to Uplift in Value

Booster Investment Management Limited has announced that the recent independent property valuation review of the gold kiwifruit and lemon property in Kerikeri, held by the Private Land and Property Portfolio (PLP), has resulted in a 1.0% uplift in the fund's net asset value.

The independent valuation report noted a neutral impact of the 15-year lease on the value of the property, resulting in a 5.0% increase in the value of the property and a 1.0% increase to the net asset value of PLP.
