Booster Investment Management Limited has received an updated independent valuation report for a company in which its Private Land and Property Portfolio (PLP) holds a 50% interest, resulting in an 8.6% increase in the value of the interest and a 0.6% change to the net asset value of PLP.

Booster is a part of the Booster Group, which administers superannuation and investment funds on behalf of over 170,000 New Zealanders.
