Probi AB has appointed Dr Jörn Andreas as a director of Blis Technologies Limited with effect from 1 January 2023.
Dr Andreas has extensive international experience working with Symrise, The Boston Consulting Group and Bayer AG.
He is not an independent director due to his role as a director of Probi AB.
Tom Rönnlund, who is retiring from the board, has been acknowledged for his contribution during his time on the board.
