Promisia Healthcare plans to raise $3 million to $4m through a share purchase plan and placements.
The company will issue one warrant for every share issued under the offer.
The share purchase plan will be open to all retail investors in New Zealand.
The offer is not expected to impact the control of Promisia.
The closing date for the share purchase plan is July 29, 2024, at 5pm.
