Proposal to capitalise further secured bonds

Blackwell Global Holdings Limited (BGI) has proposed a resolution to its major shareholder, Blackwell Global Group Limited (BGGL), to extend the maturity date of NZD$1,000,000 of secured bonds held by BGGL.

The resolution also includes agreement to capitalise NZ$450,000 principal amount of Bonds on 17 October 2022, with the remainder of the Bonds maturing on 31 December 2023.

The resolution is subject to shareholder approval, and a shareholders meeting will be called to consider it.
