Pushpay Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of US-based Michael Song as Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective 15 December 2022.
He has a strong background in technology, and his previous roles have included CFO positions in growth-stage to mature companies.
The current Interim CFO, Richard Keys, will end his contract on the same date and remain in an advisory role.
Pushpay will continue to search for a full-time US-based CFO.
