Radius Residential Care reports 221% profit increase

Radius Residential Care has reported a 221% increase in net profit after tax for the half year ended Sept 30, 2025.

The company's net profit reached $6.3 million, while earnings per share were up 1.5 cents to 2.2 cents.

Available funds from operations (AFFO) increased by 99% to $7.2m, and underlying ebitda was up 41% to $14.9m.

The company's occupancy rate was 95%, a 2.7 percentage point increase from the previous year.

An interim cash dividend of 1 cent per share, a 54% increase from the previous interim dividend, was declared.
