Radius Residential Care has reported a record operating and financial performance for the year ended March 31, 2025.
Key highlights include a 13% increase in ebitdar per occupied bed, reaching $27,900, and a 20% rise in underlying ebitda, amounting to $23.5 million.
Operating cashflow was up 42% to $20.1m, while profit before tax surged 191% to $10.5m.
The company's net debt decreased by 8% to $67.7m.
A final cash dividend of 0.8 cents per share, 14% higher than the previous year's dividend, was declared.
The company attributed its strong performance to factors such as high aged care occupancy, an improved revenue mix, and reduced interest costs.
Trading in the first weeks of the 2025-26 financial year has been positive, with an occupancy rate of 94.4% in April 2025.
