Radius Residential Care has upgraded its outlook for the 2025-26 financial year, with the company's underlying ebitda for the first half now expected to be in the range of $14 million to $16m.
This is an increase from the previous guidance of $12m to $15m.
The strong performance was attributed to improved occupancy rates, a favourable mix of higher acuity and higher revenue occupancy, and realised resales gains.
The company's underlying ebitda for the first half of the 2024-25 financial year was $10.6m.
