Rakon director, Steve Tucker, will be stepping down from his position on March 31 2024, in order to focus on full-time study.
Following Tucker's resignation, the Rakon board will have six directors, with four being independent.
The board does not have any plans to seek a replacement director at this time.
Rakon is a global high technology company that specialises in designing and manufacturing advanced frequency control and timing solutions.
It operates in the telecommunications, positioning, and space and defence markets.
